How long-term rentals work for in the Greater Seattle area?

Being a small company, the cars go fast (pun intended) so make sure to get your vehicle reserved early! While you can view all of our vehicles online, you will have to reach out to us directly for availability and to reserve a vehicle. Glad you asked! We have the best rates available and it's not even close! With rates starting at $25/day, rest assured we will get you in a comfortable car and save you money. 

We can set up several different payment terms depending on your length of rental.  Wheels4nurses collects money when picking up the car. We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and all major credit cards. 

We offer delivery at SeaTac Airport or to a desired location within a 15 mile radius of Seattle. Drop off works the same way, keep the car all the way until you are flying home and drop the car off at the airport! Wheels4Nurses will arrange everything.

Because who doesn't love rules!  Upon picking up the car you will review the terms and conditions of the Wheels4Nurses rental service. By accepting and signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to these terms.

Not a chance! We will provide a fully transparent quote upon your reservation, the price you see is the price you pay. There are mandatory state, county and local taxes applied.  10.3% sales tax, 1% King county rental car tax, .8% RTA Tax, and finally a mandatory 5.9% WA ST car rental tax on daily rentals or a .03% for rentals lasting longer then 30 days.

Tolls incurred will be charged at the end of each 30 day rental period. Wheels4Nurses does have a GoodToGo account for each vehicle so you will receive a discounted rate on tolls.

No, but your price doubles. Joking, we are happy to service anyone in the community but the company was built to service the hardworking travel nurses and that will remain our primary goal
